今日去到yahoo首頁, 先發覺自己個blog唔再係精選, 雖然對我o黎講無咩實質影響, 不過心裡當然有啲唔開心啦,
各位好呀, 今日要咁晏先出到食譜, 因為公司多野做, 要等放工, 等到宜家先有時間寫呀, 個列印食譜就要等我聽日先可以補返啦
今日出哩個湯真係超簡單, 勁易煮
因為啲蛋係街買嘅, 紫菜又係人地晒乾,
真係自己咩都唔需要整, 一鑊熟就搞掂晒, 所以真係好快就煮好紫菜真係對身體好有益呀, 不況多啲食, 不過好多人對紫菜清洗方法都唔同, 我唔敢話邊個最好, 我自己就跟呀媽, 焊一焊佢, 輕輕拍佢就算啦, 都ok呀, 無沙喎
大家無時間, 又想快, 又想好味, 又想簡單的話,

材料 Ingredients

1- 墨魚丸6粒左右 (6 Squid balls )

2- 魚蛋6粒左右 (6 fish balls)

3- 炸魚蛋6粒左右 (6 fired fish balls )

4- 蝦丸6粒左右 ( 6 shrimp balls)

5- 中國紫菜1餅 ( 1 large piece of chinese seaweed)
汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 史x生雞湯1灌 (1 cane of chicken broth)

2- 水2罐 (2 cane of water)
做法 Steps

1- 先將紫菜於已燒熱的鑊中每面烤2分鐘, 輕輕拍打去沙備用

2- 於將四丸連同汁料煲滾至全熟(約8分鐘), 再加入紫菜煲約2-3分鐘, 加鹽調味即成

1- Bake each side of the seaweed in a preheat pan for 2 minutes. Beat it gently to remove the sands inside of the seaweed.

2- Boil all the meatballs with the sauce mix until done (around 8 minutes). Stir in the seaweed and cook for additonal 2 minutes. Add some salt to adjust the taste and serve it in hot.

1- 紫菜只需要烤一烤, 沙就能容易去掉, 不需浸的
