食譜: 粒粒雜糧燴豆腐 (Tofu with vegetables and sauage)

哩個食譜係抄襲blog 友妙妙既西蘭花, 豆腐, 雞旦 伴飯

唯一唔同, 就係我見雪櫃有咩淨低既雜糧就落乜, 例如用淨既蜀米仔, 就黎爛既磨菇咁, 真係一碟既好味, 又能清理雪櫃既好菜色呀


話雖然咁講, 但你唔好用d太濃味既野做材料呀, 唔好用鹹魚鹹蛋之類既野, 然後唔好味就賴我教壞你呀



味道唔係太濃, 真係適合一家大細呀, 大家可以係周末試下

正所謂: 粒粒雜糧燴豆腐, 清理雪櫃無痛苦

睇下, 賣相不知幾靚呀



材料 Ingredients:
1- 腸仔4條, 切粒 (4 sausage, cut into a small cubes)
2- 粟米仔8條, 切粒 (8 baby corns, cut into a small cubes)
3- 磨菇5粒, 去尾, 切粒 (5 white mushrooms, cut into a small cubes) 
4- 蛋1隻, 發勻 (1 egg, blended)
5- 蒜蓉 1 湯匙 (chopped garlic 1 tbsp)
6- 中洋蔥1個, 去衣, 切粒 (1 medium onion, peeled and cut into a small cubes)
7- 滑豆腐1盒, 切粒 (1 box Soft Tofu, cut into a small cubes)
8- 青蔥2條, 切粒 (2 green onions, chopped)

汁料 Sauce:
1- 金寶濃縮雞湯 1 杯, 240ml (1 cup of concentrated chicken broth)
2- 水1杯, 240ml (1 cup of water)
3- 麻油1茶匙 (sesame oil 1 tsp)

做法 Methods:
1- 快火落油起鑊, 炒香蒜蓉, 加入洋蔥加少許鹽炒至軟身, 加入腸仔炒至全熟, 再加粟米仔, 磨菇,少許胡椒粉略炒, 最後加入豆腐粒
2- 加入汁料, 轉中火焗3-5分鐘或到水位降到材料1/2身位, 加入蛋漿輕手兜勻, 上碟後加上蔥粒即可

1- Heat the pan with high heat.  Fry the garlic until brown.  Add and stir-fry the onions and salt until soft.  Add and stir-fry the sausages until done.  Add and stir-fry the baby corn, mushrooms, a bit of white pepper.  Add the tofu at the end.
2- Pour the sauce into the pan.  Turn to medium heat.  Cover with a lid and cook for 3-5 mins or until the water level drop to 1/2 of the ingredient.  Add the blended egg and mix it gently.  Add some green onion to decorate. 


貼士:

1- 豆腐最後先落同埋唔好兜得咁大力呀
2- 如果要汁杰d, 好以係汁料入面加1湯匙生粉
3- 如果要汁比較白, 蛋漿就唔好加蛋黃
4- 如果用板豆腐, 記得先用放入微波爐2分鐘出出水先
