食譜: 燒汁焗豆燴豬肉 (Stir-fry pork in barbecue sauce)

星期五啦, 真係好想快啲返屋企呀, 返工真係好悶又好無癮, 我真係有諗過今日詐病請病假呀, 不過最好都決定返工算啦, 哈哈

因為某啲原因, 我要收起某啲食譜先得, 不過之前跟我煮烤汁排骨, 而買左枝燒烤汁嘅朋友, 哩個餸就啱晒你地啦, 哈哈

我成日都覺得好寡, 所以我一啲會加啲肉去煮呀, 會好味好多呀, 茄汁豆本身已經好有味道, 但加多少少茄汁會再好啲


燒烤汁我知香港唔易買到, 但我相信係一啲大型嘅超市, 如citisuper應該會有, 如果大家知道邊到有得買,

燒烤汁好多blog友都問我其實有咩用, 其實外國真係好興用燒烤汁呀, 通常燒排骨, 雞脾等等大型肉類都會用燒烤汁,

大家知唔知美加燒烤方式唔同香港? 香港通常都係自己一枝燒烤叉, 自己串食物, 逐樣逐樣咁慢慢燒, 美加哩邊興一大個爐, 咩都放晒爐上面, 由一至二個人付責燒, 其他人淨係付責食, 哈哈


哩個餸真係超簡單, 材料又唔難搵,

Prep 準備: 20 minutes |  Cook烹調: 15 minutes |  For 份量: 4 people 


材料 Ingredients

1- 枚頭豬肉1磅左右, 切粒 (1 lbs of tenderloin pork, diced)

2- 中型洋蔥1個, 去皮切粒 ( 1 medium onion, peeled, diced)

3- 原味茄汁焗豆一罐 (1 cane of baked bean, original)

4- 蒜蓉1湯匙 ( 3 tbsp of minced garlic)
汁料 Sauce
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 糖1/2茶匙 (1/2 tsp of sugar)

2- 茄汁1/2湯匙 (1/2 tbsp of ketchup)

3- 水3湯匙 (3 tbsp of water)

4- 原味烤烤汁3湯匙 (2 tbsp of original bbq sauce)

做法 Steps

1- 豬肉用基本野醃15分鐘, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先將豬肉炒至全, 盛起備用(圖1)

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先爆香蒜蓉, 再落洋蔥和約1/3茶匙炒至軟身(圖2), 再加入 再加豬肉和茄汁豆兜勻(圖3), 最後加入汁料煮滾(圖4), 上碟即成

1- Marinade the pork with the seasoning for 15 minutes.  Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir-fry the pork until done (fig.1).  Put it aside.

2- Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat.  Stir fry the garlic until fragrant and golden.  Stir in the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft (fig.2).  Stir in the pork and bean, mix it well (fig.3).  Stir in the sauce mix and heat through (fig.4).  Dish it up and serve it hot.

  2. 早幾年先發現有間大型超市有木碳賣.但係我地都已經習慣咗哩邊嘅BBQ方式.冇人會再愿意自己攞住支叉自己燒自己食架啦.

  8. 通少:   ~我真係好耐無留言, 但都會中上黎望你啲傑作,哈哈!!   ~你個腦唔知點解, 可以有咁多,咁多元化整到唔同野食, 我而家懶到一次過整好晒啲雞or 豬扒放係雪櫃, 到煮飯時, 就求其切啲蔬菜, 再加醬汁, 炒埋一蝶, 就食飯!! 超懶! 哈哈!!   ~你依餸, 啲材料確實簡單, 真係周處都買到!!   ~我都想bbq, 但天氣還未許可!!! 你講bbq, 我都好掛住bbq, 唔理香港style, or 美加style 嘅bbq, 我都同樣想食...哈哈!!Anyway, have a nice weekend!!

    噢, 真係超簡單喎 !
    燒烤汁, 一般在大形凍肉店有售, 因為他們也會自製一些供燒烤用的肉類出售, 所以燒烤汁多數有出售.

  17. 我都係鍾意港式的燒烤方法,每個人都有得參與,好玩好多!香港啲罐頭貴到飛起,閒閒地都要廿幾蚊罐,真係煮新鮮 o既好過!我老公成日話罐頭唔係隨便可以開o架!要係大時大節、生日呀咁先可以開罐罐頭慶祝吓o架喎!
