食譜: 美極蝦球 (Shrimps with Maggi seasoning)

上個周末真係玩得好開心, 星期六我同啲friend又玩相機啦, 又打xbox啦, 又食野啦, 哈哈, 真係好relax呀, 我整左菠蘿海鮮炒飯比大家嘆呀, 個個都"好似"好滿意呀

昨日karen有位同事過嚟做野兼探我地, 我就煎牛扒同整proscutto 薯蓉招待佢,

今日送上哩個非常簡單嘅美極蝦球比大家呀


做法真係超簡單呀, 啲蝦要爽口啲, 記得先要抹乾, 再用鹽醃吓佢,

材料 Ingredients

1- 中蝦14隻左右, 去殼 (14 medium shrimps, shell removed)

2- 中型洋蔥1個, 去衣切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, sliced)

3- 蒜蓉2茶匙 (2 tsp chopped garlic)

4- 紅, 綠, 黃椒, 各1個切絲 (Red/green/yellow pepper 1 of each, sliced)

5- 芋絲1包 (1 bag of yum bundle)

6- 紅蘿蔔1條, 去皮, 切絲 (1 red carrot, peeled, sliced)

7- 辣椒粒1湯匙 (1 tbsp of minced red pepper)


汁料 Sauce

1- 美極鮮醬油2湯匙 (2 tbsp of Maggi seasoning)

2- 花鵰2湯匙 (2 tbsp of chinese cooking wine )



做法 Steps

1- 先將蝦用少許鹽, 胡椒粉, 麻油醃20分鐘, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 將蝦炒熟 (圖1), 隔油備用, 紅蘿蔔出水備用

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先將蒜蓉, 辣椒粒爆香, 再加入洋蔥和1茶匙鹽炒至軟身, 再加入三色椒絲兜勻 (圖2), 再加入蘿蔔和蝦兜勻 (圖3), 加入汁料和芋絲(圖4), 炒2分鐘左右,上碟即成

1- Marinade shrimps with some salt, pepper, and sesame oil for 20 minutes.  Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Stir-fry the shrimps until fully cooked (fig.1).  Drain it well and put it aside. Blanch the red carrots for about 3 minutes.  Drain it well and put it aside.

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Stir fry the garlic, red pepper until fragrant.  Stir in the onion with 1 tsp of salt and cook until it becomes soft.  Stir in the 3 colors pepper and fry it until fragrant (fig.2).  Stir in the carrots and shrimps, and mix it well (fig.3).  Stir in the yum bundle along with the sauce mix (fig.4).  Stir fry it for 2 minutes around until it mixes well.  Dish it up and serve it in hot.
