食譜: 烤汁菠蘿煎豬扒 (Fry pork chop with bbq sauce)

中國毒奶事件真係搞到個個人心徨徨呀, 我係哩邊唐人超市買野, 都好鬼膽心, 估唔到, 連三合一奶茶都有事, 我屋企仲有盒呀, 我諗我都係掉左去好啲啦


今日哩個餸無用奶粉, 所以大家可以放心食呀, 就咁睇, 會覺得同咕嚕肉差唔多樣, 雖然大家都係酸酸甜甜, 但其實隻汁係香濃好多

大家係香港, 唔知有無得買卡夫出嘅哩隻燒烤醬呢, 因為我香百佳個website搵唔到呀, 係外國, 哩隻汁都係普遍, 好多人燒烤時, 都會用哩醬搽直接搽落啲肉到, 或者用嚟燒排骨都好正呀


如果真係無, 咁可以加重茄汁份量, 在加啲喼汁去代替, 改做酸甜汁啦, 無計啦,

豬扒我喜歡切細件, 我唔喜歡啲豬扒太大舊呀, 不過哩個都係個人喜好, 你唔一定要跟我

1- 無骨豬扒6塊 (6 boneless pork chop)

 中型洋蔥1個, 切件 (1 medium onion, peeled, cut into pieces)

4- 罐頭菠蘿5片, 切件 (5 slices of cane pineapple, cut into pieces)

1- 茄汁2湯匙 (2 tbsp of ketchup)

 水2湯匙 (2 tbsp of water)

3- BBQ燒烤醬5湯匙 (5 tbsp BBQ sauce)

4- 糖1/2湯匙 (1/2 tbsp of sugar)

5- 菠蘿糖水2湯匙 (2 tbsp pineapple syrup)

1- 先將豬扒平均兩面井字型拍鬆, 再用3湯匙bbq醬, 1茶匙蒜鹽, 1茶匙黑椒粉, 1茶匙糖, 1湯匙油, 1湯匙生粉醃約15分鐘

快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 將豬扒炒至兩面金黃(圖1), 轉中火把豬扒煎熟上碟, 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 洋蔥和1/2茶匙鹽炒軟(圖2), 加入青椒和汁料煮滾(圖3), 加入菠蘿, 豬扒兜勻(圖4), 上碟即成

1- Beat evenly two side of the pork chop.  Marinade it with the 3 tbsp of bbq sauce, 1 tsp of garlic salt, 1 tsp of black pepper, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp of corn starch for 15 minutes.

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Fry pork chop until both sides turn brown (fig.1).  Reduce the heat to medium and cook until the pork chops are fully cooked.  Put is aside.  Heat the pan with some oil over high heat (at least 1 tbsp of oil).  Stir fry the onion with 1 tsp of salt until soft (fig.2).  Stir in the green pepper and the sauce mix and heat through (fig.3).  Stir in the pineapple and pork chop, and mix it well (fig.4).  Dish it up and serve it in hot.

1- It Adjust the taste the sauce mix before cook.  Add more sugar if it is too sour or add white vinegar if it is too sweet.
