今日仍然風和日麗呀, 我後園個工程, 應該可以趕得起係星期六前完工呀, 好啦, 終於個後園見得人啦, 之前成個森林咁, 又多蟲, 真係連入去行吓都唔想呀
今日出哩個菜, 用意大利水瓜, 唔知大家香港有無得買呢, 無的話, 可以改用翠玉瓜代替啦
意大利水瓜係哩邊真係好普遍, 味道清淡, 爽口, 好多外國人都會用嚟燒烤或作沙律, 有時就咁用切片, 加啲蒜頭同鹽醃一醃, 用芝士焗都好好味呀
我見佢幾靚仔, 就用嚟炒牛肉啦, 味道都唔錯呀, 不過煮水瓜記得唔好焗佢太耐, 否則腍左, 就無咁爽口呢
牛肉要點樣處理, 我都講過好多次, 如果大家仲未知道, 請去通之食譜術語溫一溫啦, 基本上, 唔用鹽去醃就已經唔會衰得去邊啦
水瓜清新爽口, 牛肉嫩滑, 汁料香濃, 簡單又快捷, 大家無理由唔試吓
正所謂: 意國水瓜炒牛肉, 清新簡單無難度

1- 意大利水瓜3條, 切件 (3 zucchini, cut into pieces)

2- 中型洋蔥1個, 切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, sliced)

3- 牛柳1磅, 切片 (1 lbs of beef fillet, sliced)

4- 蒜茸1湯匙 (1 tbsp of minced garlic)

1- 糖2茶匙 (2 tsp sugar)

2- 蠔油1湯匙 (1 tbsp oyster sauce)

3- 水2湯匙 (2 tbsp water)

1- 牛肉先用基本野(除了鹽)醃15分鐘, 快火落1湯匙油起鑊, 將牛肉炒至7成熟, 備用(圖1)

2- 快火落油1湯匙起鑊, 爆香蒜蓉, 再加洋蔥落少許鹽炒至軟身, 加入水瓜略炒(圖2), 加入3湯匙水蓋頂焗至水瓜脆身, 加會牛肉和汁料兜勻上碟即成

1- Marinade the beef with the basic seasoning (expect salt) for 15 minutes. Heat the pan with oil (1 tbsp) over high heat. Stir-fry the beef until 70% done. Put is aside (fig.1).

2- Heat the pan with oil (1 tbsp) over high heat. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant. Stir in the onion with 1/2 tsp of salt and stir fry it until soft. Stir in the zucchini and mix it well (fig.2). Add 3 tbsp of water and heat it through until it turns crispy. Stir in the beef and the sauce mix. Mix it well and dish it up. Serve it in hot.

To Bの家: 嘩!過奨 喇!吾係我種既。我影人地既収成 唶 。重同場加映埋「花」添!哈哈。 冇得賣既話、你鐘意可以用青瓜代替、其實青瓜比zucchini 多好多水、吾知点解反而zucchini 叫水瓜哩? 哩度重有一種英國青瓜(English Cucumber)、美國人鐘意佢「無核(子)」又少d水、所以又叫seedless cucumber、亦因為o甘、美國人鐘意用黎做三文治(吾会整到個三文治濕笠笠、 其實吾係一粒核都無、係d核好細好細唶。有機会影張相比你睇。

I once had zucchini that tasted bitter when I ate raw! Do they always taste sweet and crisp? Or just my luck?
