食譜: 松子素丁 (Veggie mix with special sauce)

無端端排第二, 真係夠晒搞笑, 有blog友話我知, 原來昨日係yhaoo個首頁有介紹我個blog, 唔怪得突然有咁多人嚟睇啦, 真係嚇死我呀


不過今日都開始正常返啦, 唔會再排第二啦,

我仲有1個多星期就會去旅行, 所以最近都忙於清理手頭上嘅工作, 希望可以係放假前搞掂晒啦

上次出過松子肉丁, 今日就出個無肉版, 大家知道我唔係食素, 所以屋企唔會買啲素嘅調味料, 我唔煮肉, 就當自己係食素啦, 如果大家係素食者, 請自行將調味料改成素嘅調味料啦


有啲blog友好好笑, 見我唔落肉會問我, "可唔可以加肉片呀?"

得, 有咩係唔得呢, 但我話明煮素, 咁落肉片又點算係素呢? 會唔會大家有啲咩誤會呢? 定係我中文唔好, 寫得唔夠清楚呢?


哩個餸可以話全無難度, 係準備時間要多啲, 因為有好多材料要切, 記得草菇個頭要戒花, 等入面啲水流出嚟, 感覺乾淨啲, 煮時又入味啲

1- 紅, 黃, 橙椒各半個, 切件 (1/2 Red,yellow,organge pepper, cut into pieces)

2- 中型洋蔥1個, 切件 (1 medium onion, peeled, cut into piece)

3- 中青椒1個, 去核, 切件 (1 medium green pepper, cut into pieces)

4- 松子仁約20多粒 (20 pine nuts)

5- 蒜茸2湯匙 (2 tbsp of minced garlic)

6- 粟米仔8條, 切粒 (8 baby corns cut into pieces)

7- 芋絲12粒, 去水 (12 yam bundle, drained)

8- 罐頭大草菇1罐, 去水 (1 cane of large mushroom, drained )


份量自供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 李x牌海鮮醬 4 湯匙 (4 tbsp Hoisin Sauce)

 蠔油 1 湯匙 (1 tbsp oyster sauce)

 水 2 湯匙 (2 tbsp water)

1- 
快火落油起鑊, 爆香蒜蓉, 再加洋蔥落少許鹽炒至軟身, 加入紅, 黃, 橙, 青,椒, 草菇, 粟米仔略炒(圖1)

加入汁料兜勻和芋絲炒香(圖2), 上碟灑上松子即成

1- Heat the pan with oil (1 tbsp) over high heat.  Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.  Stir in the onion with 1/2 tsp of salt and stir fry it until soft.  Stir in all the peppers, mushroom and baby corn for 1 to 2 minutes (fig.1).

2- Stir in the sauce mix and yam bundles, and heat it through (fig.2).  Dish it up and add the pine nut on the top.  Serve it in hot.

1- 草菇頭部戒花, 可以去污及有助吸收汁料
