食譜: 涼伴小吃 (Cold snack)

1- 青瓜1條, 切粒 (1 cucumber, diced)

2- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

1- 水1/2杯 (1/2 tbsp of water)

 鎮江黑醋4湯匙 (4 tbsp black vinegar)

糖1湯匙 (1 tbsp sugar)

4- 麻油2茶匙 (2 tsp sesame oil)

 生抽3湯匙 (3 tbsp soya sauce)

味淋1/2湯匙 (1/2 tbsp mirin)

1- 汁料攪勻, 先試味, 再加入青瓜撈勻
享用

1- Mix all the sauce mix together.  Adjust the taste accordingly.  Stir in the cucumbers and mix well.  Enjoy it

1- 汁料如能雪半日, 效果更好, 不過汁料味道則要濃一點
