我昨日去左睇hellboy 第二集, 真係好hell(地獄)呀,
今日哩個餸又玩生果呀, 哈哈,
哩個餸一啲都唔難整, 只要個汁搞得好, 味道出嚟就會好啦, 真係樣靚味道好,
正所謂: 士多啤梨炒雞柳, 酸甜開胃口水流

1- 無皮雞柳1磅 (1 lbs skinless chicken fillet)

2- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

3 中型洋蔥1個, 切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, sliced)

4 士多啤梨10粒左右, 切粒 (10 strawberry, diced)

1- 士多啤梨果占5湯匙 (5 tbsp of strawberry jam)

2- 大紅浙醋3湯匙 (3 tbsp Chinese red vinegar)

3- 白醋1湯匙 (1 tbsp vinegar)tonytsang

4- 1/5冰片糖, 壓碎 (1/5 of piece of slab sugar, mashed)

5- 水3湯匙 (3 tbsp water)tonytsang

1- 用雞肉切件, 用基本野醃15分鐘, 士多啤梨切粒備用(圖1)

2- 快火落油起鑊, 爆香蒜蓉至金黃, 先炒香雞肉至兩面金黃(圖2), 再加洋蔥落少許鹽炒至軟身(圖3), 煮至雞肉熟透, 加入汁料兜勻煮滾, 加入士多啤梨兜勻(圖4)上碟即可
1- Cut the chicken into pieces. Marinade it with the basic seasoning for 15 minutes. Dice the strawberry. Put it aside (fig.1)

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir-fry it until both side turn brown. Add the onion and saute it with some salt until soft. Once the chicken is fully cooked, stir in the sauce mix and heat through. Add the strawberry and mix it well. Dish up and serve in hot.tonytsang and kareny recipy
1- 士多啤梨不宜太早落鑊, 否則會失去口感

2- 汁料不宜煮太耐, 否則會太甜而沒有酸味

1- Do not add in the strawberry too early. Otherwise, you will make it too soft

2- Do cook the sauce mix too long. Otherwise it will taste only sweet.
