食譜: 士多啤梨炒雞柳 (Stir-fry chicken in strawberry sauce)


無驚無險, 又到星期一(你地已經係星期二), 返工最難頂莫過於星期一, 要涯多5日先有得休息呀

士多啤梨好好味呀, 不過最怕佢唔甜而過酸, 所以煮前不況試左味先, 如果太酸, 就加少啲醋而加多啲糖, 記得啦

生果記得唔好煮太耐, 因為煮得耐會令佢腍晒, 無晒口感, 所以留返最尾先好搞佢啦, 而今次我用埋果醬,

因為士多啤梨打汁比較難, 要好多數量先打得少少汁, 所以就要果醬幫吓手啦


哩個餸一啲都唔難整, 只要個汁搞得好, 味道出嚟就會好啦, 真係樣靚味道好,

1- 無皮雞柳1磅 (1 lbs skinless chicken fillet)

2- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

3 中型洋蔥1個, 切絲 (1 medium onion, peeled, sliced)

4 士多啤梨10粒左右, 切粒 (10 strawberry, diced)

1- 士多啤梨果占5湯匙 (5 tbsp of strawberry jam)

 大紅浙醋3湯匙 (3 tbsp Chinese red vinegar)

白醋1湯匙 (1 tbsp vinegar)

4- 1/5冰片糖, 壓碎 (1/5 of piece of slab sugar, mashed)

水3湯匙 (3 tbsp water)

1- 用雞肉切件, 用基本野醃15分鐘, 士多啤梨切粒備用(圖1)

2- 
快火落油起鑊, 爆香蒜蓉至金黃, 先炒香雞肉至兩面金黃(圖2), 再加洋蔥落少許鹽炒至軟身(圖3), 煮至雞肉熟透, 加入汁料兜勻煮滾, 加入士多啤梨兜勻(圖4)上碟即可


1- Cut the chicken into pieces.  Marinade it with the basic seasoning for 15 minutes.  Dice the strawberry.  Put it aside (fig.1)

2- Heat the pan with some oil over high heat.  Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant.  Add the chicken and stir-fry it until both side turn brown.  Add the onion and saute it with some salt until soft.  Once the chicken is fully cooked, stir in the sauce mix and heat through.  Add the strawberry and mix it well.  Dish up and serve in hot.tonytsang and kareny recipy


1- 士多啤梨不宜太早落鑊, 否則會失去口感

1- Do not add in the strawberry too early.  Otherwise, you will make it too soft
