食譜: 蕃茄西芹炒雞柳 (stir-fry chicken with tomato and celery)

又一超多汁, 撈飯一流嘅好餸菜呀


茄汁真係可以好多變化, 但點整都係超好味呀, 哈哈哈, 我今次加左紅酒呀, 真係酒香撲鼻呀

哩個餸材料都係好健康, 有蕃茄, 有西芹都係高營養食物, 加上酸酸甜甜, 真係大人細路, 老人家都好啱食呀


當然啦, 比小朋友吃就唔好加酒, 亦可以唔加喼汁, 包佢地添幾碗飯呀

正所謂: 蕃茄西芹炒雞柳, 包你添飯無停手呀


係呀, 我煮茄汁實多汁呀


tonytsang and kareny recipy
烹調時間: 40分鐘左右

1- 無骨雞柳3/4磅, 切件 (3/4 lbs of boneless chicken, cut into pieces)
2- 中型洋蔥1個, 切絲 (1 onion, peeled, sliced)
3- 蕃茄2-3個, 切粒 (2-3 tomato, diced)

4- 蒜蓉2湯匙 (2 tbsp minced garlic)
5- 西芹1棵, 去皮, 切粒, (1 celery, peeled, diced)

份量自供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 紅酒1/4杯, 非必要 (1/4 cup of red wine, optional)
2- 糖2湯 (2 tbsp of sugar)
3- 蠔油1湯匙 (1 tbsp soay sauce)
4- 茄汁4湯匙 (ketchup 4 tbsp)
5- 喼汁1茶匙 (1 tsp L&P Worchestershire sauce) 
6- 水1/4杯 (1/4 cup of water)and kareny recipy

1- 雞肉用基本野醃20分鐘, 西芹放入熱水出水3-4分鐘, 隔水備用 


2- 快火落油起鑊, 爆香蒜蓉, 再加洋蔥落少許鹽炒至軟身(圖1), 加雞柳炒香再加紅酒兜勻(圖2)


3- 加入西芹炒香(圖3), 再加入汁料和蕃茄兜勻(圖4)焗3-4分鐘即成, 如想汁杰一點, 可以埋獻


1- Marinade the chicken with the seasoning for 20 min. Celery boils in hot water for 3-4 mins.  Drain it well and put it aside


2- Heat the pan with oil in high heat.  Saute the garlic until fragrant.  Add and stir-fry the onion with some salt until soft.  Add the chicken and stir-fry it until fragrant.  Add the red wine and mix it well(fig2)


3- Add the celery and stir-fry until fragrant(fig3).  Add the sauce mix and the tomato.  Mix the ingredient quickly (fig4).  Cook it through for 3-4 mins.  Add some corn starch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.  Serve hot.

1- 西芹可以去皮, 或不去皮, 隨你個人喜歡, 過了水, 回鑊則不需煮太耐


2- 汁料口味要自己調整, 要甜一點就加糖多些, 要酸一點就加鹽多些
