食譜: 蓮杞圓肉煲豬蹍 (Longon, medlar and lotus seeds soup)

這個blog是我在家晚上寫的, 現在開始, 我會改由夜晚寫定, 等到明日係lunch前post 出, 無計啦, 大家都知現在咩時勢啦, 現在我要做多啲野, 好好表現自己啦

今日決定同大家分享哩個湯水,

枸杞能明目, 護肝, 蓮子可以寧神, 圓肉安神, 所以煲埋一齊真係非常有益呀, 豬蹍又腍有唔肥, 最啱怕肥嘅朋友

其實都無咩難處, 趁周末, 不況煲個靚湯去慰勞一吓自己呢, 今晚就煲o黎飲啦

材料 Ingredients

1- 豬蹍1磅左右  (1lbs of pork shin)

2- 乾圓肉1/2杯, 浸軟 (1/2 cup of dried longon, soaked)

3- 枸杞1杯
, 浸軟  (1 cup of dried Medlar, soaked)

4- 蓮子去芯2/3杯 (2/3 cup of lotus seed, core removed )

5- 水6杯左右 (6 cup of water)




調味料 Seasoning
份量只供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 鹽少許 (Some salt)



做法 Steps
1- 先將
豬蹍出水5分鐘, 過冷河備用

2- 快火將水先煲滾, 加入所有材料, 煲20分鐘, 改慢火煲2個小時, 落鹽調味即成

1- Blanch the pork shin for 5 minutes.  Drain it and rinse with cold water.

2- Boil the water in pot over high heat.  Stir in all the ingredients.  Boil it for 20 minutes.  Reduce the heat to low and boil it for 2 hours.  Add some salt to taste. 
Serve it in hot.
