1- 豬蹍1磅左右 (1lbs of pork shin)

2- 乾圓肉1/2杯, 浸軟 (1/2 cup of dried longon, soaked)

3- 枸杞1杯, 浸軟 (1 cup of dried Medlar, soaked)

4- 蓮子去芯2/3杯 (2/3 cup of lotus seed, core removed )

1- 鹽少許 (Some salt)
1- 先將豬蹍出水5分鐘, 過冷河備用

2- 快火將水先煲滾, 加入所有材料, 煲20分鐘, 改慢火煲2個小時, 落鹽調味即成

1- Blanch the pork shin for 5 minutes. Drain it and rinse with cold water.

2- Boil the water in pot over high heat. Stir in all the ingredients. Boil it for 20 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and boil it for 2 hours. Add some salt to taste. Serve it in hot.
