我都話過, 我係天下第一大懶人, 榨菜我都係用即食包裝呀, 方便同乾淨過我買現成嘛, 哈哈, 不過記得買時, 記得買低鹽, 唔係真係好鹹呀

正所謂: 榨菜肉絲爬豆腐, 簡單好味無辛苦

烹調時間: 35分鐘左右
1- 即食榨菜絲1包, 70g (1 bag of shredded preserved vegetable, 70g)

2- 滑豆腐1合, 去水, 切粒 (1 box of soft tofu, drained, diced)

3- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp minced garlic)

4- 枚頭豬肉半磅, 切片 (1/2 lbs of tenderloin pork, diced)

5- 蔥2條, 切絲 (2 green onion, shredded)

1- 2湯匙水 (2 tbsp of water)tonytsang and kareny recipy
2- 蠔油3湯匙 (3 tbsp oyster sauce)tonytsang and kareny recipy
3- 辣椒油1茶匙 (1 tsp chili oil)tonytsang and kareny recipy
4- 糖1茶匙 (1 tsp sugar)tonytsang and kareny recipy

1- 豬肉用基本野醃15分鐘, 豆腐粒成出水(3-5分鐘) (圖1), 隔好水, 上碟備用tonytsang and kareny recipy
2- 快火落油起鑊, 先爆香蒜蓉至金黃, 落豬肉炒至全熟(圖2), 加入榨菜炒香(圖3), 再加汁料兜勻, 淋上豆腐, 灑上蔥絲即成
1- Marinade the pork with usual spices for 15 mins. Boil the tofu 3-5 mins (fig.1). Drain it well and put it on the dish.
2- Heat the pan with oil in high heat. Stir-fry the garlic until fragrant. Add and stir-fry the pork until done (fig.2). Add the vegetable and stir-fry it until fragrant (fig.3). Add the sauce mix and mix well. Pour over the tofu and spray the green onion. Serve hot.tonytsang and kareny recipy
