食譜:西檸魚柳 (Fry fish fillet with lemon sauce)

我一直都想同大家講吓, 我係costco (美加超大型批發超市) 所買嘅魚係乜, 今日我終於記得啦, 我哩隻魚係叫Tilapia, 香港人應該叫非洲鯽, 而中國人好多都叫佢做羅非魚,  買
返嚟時已經起好晒骨同皮, 所以當做魚柳用非常之適合, 好多時係加美地方都有得買急凍魚柳, 都係哩隻魚

有咩要注意嘅, 我都係個video講晒啦, 不過係video入面, 我上左粉先醒起, 原來我唔記得切件, 雖然video無講, 但大家記得要切左件先好上粉呀


正所謂: 西檸魚柳咁好味, 簡單易煮實啱你

烹調時間: 40分鐘左右

1- 白魚柳2塊, 洗淨, 切件 (2 White fish fillets, cut into pieces)

份量自供參考 (just for reference only)

1- 水半量杯 (1/2 cup of water)tonytsang and kareny recipy
2- 白醋2湯匙 (2 tbsp white vinegar)tonytsang and kareny recipy
3- 砂糖3湯匙 (3 tbsp sugar)tonytsang and kareny recipy
4- 檸檬汁4湯匙 (4 tbsp lemon juice)tonytsang and kareny recipy
5- 生粉3湯匙 (3 tbsp corn starch)tonytsang and kareny recipy

1- 魚柳抹乾, 用胡椒粉, 少許蒜鹽醃10分鐘, 煎前用生粉包好tonytsang and kareny recipy


2- 快火落油(多一點油), 將魚柳煎至兩面全熟, 盛起隔油, 上碟備用(圖1)


3- 燒熱鑊, 倒入水, 滾起熄火,倒入汁料(除了生粉)攪勻, 試味及調好味, 再將生粉和2湯匙水攪勻, 慢慢加入汁料攪至汁杰(圖2), 淋上魚柳即成


1- Dry the fish fillet completely with paper towel.  Marinade the fillet with some pepper, and garlic salt for 10 min.  Cover it with corn starch before cook


2- Heat the pan with oil in high heat.  Fry the fillets until brown.  Drain the oil and put is on the dish (fig.1).tonytsang and kareny recipy

3- Heat the pan in high heat.  Add the water.  Once it is boiled, turn the heat off and add the sauce mix (expect corn starch).  Adjust the taste accordingly.  Mix the corn starch with 2 tbsp of water.  Add slowly in the sauce until it is thick (fig.2).  Pour the sauce on top of the fish.
