哩個湯, 真係好易整, 其實我諗著煮港式羅宋湯, 但係呢, 我又唔想落肉(因為未解凍), 所以改左雜菜湯
好多人都會加茄膏, 我就無, 因為我喜歡哩種天然嘅味道
其實哩個湯真係無咩難度, 所以大家有時間真係要試下呀, 哈哈
正所謂: 通少天然雜菜湯, 簡單易整夠健康
無落茄膏所以無咁深色

烹調時間: 90分鐘左右
材料 Ingredients:
1- 大蕃茄4個, 1開8 (8 large tomato, cut into 8 pieces)
2- 水6杯 (6 cups of water)
3- 濃縮雞湯1杯 (1 cup of condensed chicken broth)
4- 蘿蔔2條, 去皮, 切粒 (2 red carrots, peeled, diced)
5- 中洋蔥2個, 去衣, 切粒 (2 medium onion, peeled, diced)
6- 中薯仔3個, 去皮, 切粒 (3 medium potato, peeled, diced)
7- 椰菜絲1/4個, 切絲 (1/4 of cabbage, shreeded)
8- 月桂葉2-3塊 (2-3 bay leaves)
9- 西芹2片, 切粒 (2 slices of celery, diced)

做法 Methods:

1- 簡單, 先將材料1-6放入煲內, 煲至滾, 轉中蓋上蓋慢火煲1小時, 再將材料7-9煲多20分鐘, 熄火加鹽調味即可享用
1- Put ingredient 1-6 into a pot. Heat it until it is boiled. Turn to medium to low heat and boil it for 1 hour. Add the rest of ingredient and boil it for another 20 mins. Add some salt to taste

1- 西芹椰菜不用太早落, 保持口感
2- 如果加埋出了水的牛腩或牛尾, 就等於港式羅宋湯
