到6月中啦, 仲係日日都落雨, 天氣凍凍地咁, 一啲都唔似夏天嘅天氣, 係加拿大, 夏天嘅日子都唔見得多, 唔通今年會無夏天, 希望唔會啦
哩個食譜真係懶人必試, 唔好講笑, 我好耐未試過煮完, 影埋相, 執埋廚房啲飯都未熟呀,
你話幾快就煮好呢牛丸又唔需要醃, 最緊要係買得靚, 夠爽口就可以, 我用嘅嘅牛筋丸, 係千里迢迢由多倫多一間專門店買, 特別彈牙爽口呀,
唔好睇少一粒細細肉丸呀, 難食起嚟, 真係可以好難食呀至於甜豆呢,
記得要去除豆上面同下面嘅根, 如果你切去豆嘅左右兩邊, 你應該會好易發現豆根, 一扯就可以成條拉走, 唔會好難, 只係要用多少少時間唔整都得,
食時就要咬耐少少囉, 記得飛飛水, 等佢快啲熟, 牛丸本身係熟嘅, 所以同飛左水嘅甜豆唔需要煮太耐, 一煮熱就可以上碟超簡單又快捷, 無理由你唔試吓啦, 沙茶有香口,

1- 牛丸20粒左右, 切半 (20 beef meat balls, cut in half)

2- 中型洋蔥半個, 去皮, 切絲 (1/2 onion, peeled, sliced)

3- 甜豆450克左右, (450g of honey pea)

4- 蒜蓉1湯匙 (1 tbsp chopped garlic)

汁料 Sauce

1- 沙茶醬4湯匙 (4 tbsp of chinese barbecue sauce)

2- 水1茶匙 (1 tsp water)

做法 Steps

1- 甜頭切頭和尾, 去絲, 飛水2分鐘, 盛起備用

2- 快火落油(約1湯匙)起鑊, 先落沙茶醬和蒜茸炒至金黃, 加入洋蔥和1/3茶匙鹽炒軟(圖1), 再加入牛丸, 甜豆和水兜勻煮透(圖2), 上碟即成

1- Remove the stem of the honey pea. Blanch it for 2 minutes. Drain it well and put it aside.

2- Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Stir fry barbecue sauce and garlic until it is golden and fragrant. Stir fry the onion with 1/3 tsp of salt until soft (fig.1). Stir in meat ball, honey pea and heat through (fig.2). Dish it up and serve it hot.

1- 甜豆的根包著整個甜豆, 切去頭尾部分會容易將它去除
